My story
I was born and raised in Ukraine — this is my home. Life, as it often does, had its own plans for me. First, I learned that my son is neurodivergent; he has autism. Then the war came, and I experienced an unimaginable loss: my husband, a soldier, was killed defending our country.
This isn’t a story about pain. It’s a story about strength — about finding support within yourself and coming back to wholeness. That’s when I understood you can’t put life on hold. It’s happening here and now. So I chose to act: to follow my dream and learn to preserve what I see through photography.
For me, the heart of a portrait is the soul. You can feel it in the eyes, in small expressions, in movement — and in the quiet between words. During a session I create a calm, caring space where you can relax and recognize yourself: alive, real, and beautiful in your own way.
If this feels close to you, I’d love to photograph you.
